Armstrong appoints interim director of N.D. Department of Environmental Quality

BISMARCK, N.D. – The North Dakota Department of Environmental Quality has a new interim director.
Beth Jacbson has been a longtime state employee, with 29 years of service in financial management, budgeting and agency administration.
She serves as the Department of Environmental Quality’s accounting director currently.
On July 31, she’ll take over for Dave Glatt.
Glatt is retiring after more than 40 years of service, including having served as director of the Department of Environmental Quality since 2019, when it became a standalone agency of the state.
