Doom has already defeated Earth's Mightiest Heroes and is on the verge of wiping out the multiverse before reshaping reality in preparation for Secret Wars. If he can crush the combined might of heroes from across the multiverse, it gives Secret Wars an even stronger foundation. But still, Avengers: Doomsday will still deliver a massive Marvel movie that is sure to have a jaw-dropping finale.
