Ramboll was one of several contractors involved in supplying technical input to ECHA in this case. They cannot work for private sector clients on the same subject at the same time as they work for ECHA. Ramboll has advised the ECHA on issues related to so-called ‘forever chemicals’, while advising companies on the same topic. We ask the ECHA to detail on what basis it decided a contract with Ramboll would not constitute a conflict of interest. We also request an urgent review of all of the ECHA’s contracts with Ramboll.
