Atlantic City Woman Gets 3 Years for Selling Drugs at Hotel

Mays Landing, N.J. — An Atlantic City woman has been sentenced to three years in state prison for dealing drugs out of a hotel room.
23-year-old Destiny Lavidu-Santana was sentenced on Thursday after previously pleading guilty to third-degree possession with intent to distribute.
According to the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office, on September 27th, 2025, Atlantic City police observed Lavidu-Santana and several others conducting hand-to-hand drug sales from a room at the Quality Inn.
A search warrant turned up crack cocaine, packaging materials, drug paraphernalia, and cash believed to be drug proceeds.
