It costs about $380 per credit hour at UW-Green Bay, so eliminating 20 credit hours is a savings of about $7,600. Burns said she anticipates UW-Green Bay will add more majors to its reduced credit degree program, but it is too soon to announce which ones. “We are really proud to be the first public university to offer this reduced credit option,” Burns said.
