Sanibel Beach Club II has been welcoming back owners since August 2025, but certain amenities, like the pool and jacuzzi, have been missing until now. The condominium complex celebrated the full completion of its rebuild on June 18 with a SanCap Chamber ribbon-cutting. Opened in 1979, Sanibel Beach Club II was among the first timeshare properties in the United States. “We want to thank the SanCap Chamber for doing the ribbon-cutting ceremony,” the board said. The Sanibel Beach Club II is at 205 Periwinkle Way, Sanibel.
