Four men in their 20s have died after a car crashed into a lamp post on Merseyside. Emergency services attended, but the four men – two aged 23, one aged 24 and one aged 26 – were pronounced dead at the scene. Their next of kin have been informed and will be supported by specially trained officers, Merseyside Police said. Detectives have closed several roads and imposed a temporary flight restriction zone banning drones while they investigate the crash. Their families have been informed and are being supported by our specially trained family liaison officers.
