Additional camps included National Forests (Halsey and Louisville), Bureau of Fisheries and Wildlife, Federal Game Refuge, (Oshkosh and Valentine), Private Land Erosion (Blair and Nebraska City), Army (Fort Robinson and Fort Crook.
A camp that stands out in a landlocked area is Camp Minatare, where the CCCs built a lighthouse on the shore of Lake Minatare State Recreation Area.
All of these Rushville men served at LaCreek National Wildlife Refuge, Martin, S.D.
