Parking will be free at 3 of the parking ramps (Harrison Ramp, RiverCenter Ramp, Redstone Ramp) on Saturday until 5:00 p.m. There are plenty of parties going on downtown, including the iconic Bix Mix on 3rd Street in front of Daiquiri Factory.
