Matisse Farzam, Marko Mesarovic, Yannic Nittmann and Nathan Pitts will compete in the tournament. Mesarovic made his 2025 Fall debut at the ITA All-American Championships, where he beat Kim (Virginia) 6-4 6-4 in the prequalifying singles round of 256. He also won in the prequalifying doubles rounds of 32 and 16 with Edoardo Chérié Lignière, beating Palovic / Pougault (Arkansas) 6-4 6-4 and Zamani / Bowden (Baylor) 7-5 6-3.
