Fail to complyOn July 23 at 8:31 p.m., Belleville Police attended a call for service in the city’s east end. Upon arrival, officers observed a male and a female together and spoke with them. As a result of investigation, a 29-year-old Belleville man of no fixed address was arrested and charged with fail to comply with an undertaking.
