This week, 66 people were booked and kept in Caddo Correctional Center for various crimes. One of those booked is a former Shreveport Police Officer who was booked on stalking charges. Based on evidence gathered during the investigation and subsequent incidents, Officer Evans was arrested by the Shreveport Police Department.
