Last night was the annual Tip-a-Cop promotion at the Texas Roadhouse in Victoria. Our friends from the Victoria Police Department and the Victoria County Sheriff's Office joined forces with the service staff at Texas Roadhouse to serve guests. For those of you who don't know, the Special Olympics offers 30-plus Olympic-style sports that provide meaningful training and competition opportunities for persons with intellectual disabilities.
