CCS then reviews their financial need and the crisis situation they are in to determine that they meet guidelines. Participants need to be at least 18 years old and have children or be expectant parents. They have many stories of program participants hanging their grades next to their children’s report cards on the refrigerator and using their experiences to encourage their kids. Eligibility requirements will be posted on the CCS website and on social media.
