REGINA — Five people charged after an 11-year-old girl was shot remain in custody after recent court appearances. Those charged include, Michael Mayer, 20, Amber Jensen, 29, Noah Pollock-Mayer, 18, Anthony Nahbexie, 20, and Devon Nahbexie, 18. All five were remanded in custody after appearing in Regina Provincial Court. Pollock-Mayer is charged with conspiracy to commit murder, failing to comply with release conditions, and conspiracy to commit murder. Jensen is charged with accessory after the fact and conspiracy to commit murder.
