MARINETTE, Wis. – Bayshore Arts Center, the vibrant community theatre located on the UW-Green Bay, Marinette Campus, invites audiences of all ages to join the spirited and spunky Junie B. Jones as she navigates the ups and downs of first grade in Junie B. Jones JR: The Musical, a performance packed with heart, humor and high-energy fun. While in Mr. Scary’s class, Junie has trouble reading the blackboard, and she may need glasses. Add in a friendly cafeteria lady, an intense kickball tournament and a “Top-Secret Personal Beeswax Journal,” and first grade has never been more exciting. Bayshore Arts Center is home to the Theatre on the Bay, Children’s Theatre, the West Shore Chorale and the Fine Arts Gallery. Serving 11,500 undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students as well as 100,000 continuing education learners annually, UW-Green Bay offers 200 academic degrees, programs, and certificates.
