Local television personality Joaletter de Villiers has earned top industry recognition after being nominated for Best Presenter in a Lifestyle Programme at the prestigious kykNET Silwerskermfees. De Villiers is the charismatic face of ‘Op Pad Met My Potjie’, a hit travel and culinary series produced as a joint venture between MultiChoice Namibia and kykNET. MultiChoice Namibia stated that ‘Op Pad Met My Potjie ’ is part of the Ombura local content project, and it celebrates food, culture, and community through unique culinary adventures and engaging conversations in Namibia. De Villiers said she is absolutely awestruck about the nomination, but this is just not for me and this nomination, she feels, is for her whole team.
