An aggressive driver complaint turned into an impaired driving prohibition for one man in Nelson last week. After officers located the vehicle they observed further driving behaviour that caused some concern, resulting in the NPD officers conducting a traffic stop on Front Street. He was issued a 90-day immediate roadside prohibition, and the vehicle was impounded for 30 days. “The immediate roadside prohibition system was designed to provide a swift and certain response to impaired driving.”
