Katie Voigt, 32, won’t serve jail time, but was sentenced to 10 days of community service and two years of probation related to her behavior towards children at the Plymouth day care where she worked.
She has already completed the required anger management courses and will need to continue therapy as part of her probation.
An assistant teacher in the classroom took the videos, and Plymouth police began an investigation.
The assistant teacher said there were about 20 children between two and three years old in the classroom at the time.
