A MAN has been arrested after a hit and run crash in Lickey last Friday in which a motorcyclist was seriously injured. The collision, involving a Triumph motorbike and white Ford Fiesta, happened at the junction of Old Birmingham Road, Twatling Road and Monument Lane. Extensive enquiries immediately began following the collision, and a man was arrested the following day (Saturday, July 18). The 21-year-old was held on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving, failing to stop after a collision, failing to report a collision, driving other than in accordance with a licence and driving without insurance.
