PEORIA, Ill. – The mother of a teenaged homicide victim in Peoria from this week says she is taking it one day at a time. 15-year-old Keyaun Hardimon was found shot dead in a home near Sheridan and McClure, and two people have been arrested in connection. His mother, Kenyuanna Hardimon, tells WMBD’s “The Phil Luciano Show” what Keyaun was like. “He was goofy, he was a leader, he loved to play sports, and he loved to be outside,” Kenyuanna said. She says he wanted to be a barber and a welder because Kayaun loved to work with his hands.
