Knaresborough paddling pool in Bebra Gardens has finally opened to the public for summer. The North Yorkshire Council-owned pools in Knaresborough, Ripon and Harrogate all suffered delayed openings this year. Children were due to start using them in May but the Harrogate pool in Valley Gardens opened last month, the Ripon pool at Borrage Green opened last week and now Knaresborough’s is available for use. The Ripon paddling pool Ripon required the same treatment. The Valley Gardens pool was repainted, and a survey of the drainage system carried out.
