Frank Welsh Best, CET, was born July 31, 1934, in Shelburne, Ontario. Son of Catherine (Welsh) and Roy Best. Survived by daughters Susan and Carolyn (Patrick) and stepdaughter Marilyn (Darcy,) five grandchildren, four step-grandchildren, and one great-granddaughter. Frank was active in the community, including church and Kiwanis Golden "K." Hobbies included private pilot, boating, amateur radio, and travel.
