Danvers - It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Gerald Douglas Tobin, of Danvers, Massachusetts, on July 21, 2026. He shared an extraordinary 70-year marriage with his beloved wife Barbara Tobin, a partnership built in love, commitment and family. He also leaves behind their five children and their spouses: Kevin Tobin, husband of the beloved late Catherine Jean Tobin, Keith Tobin and his wife Donna, Karen Tobin, Kristine Foley and her husband, David, and Kathleen Ryan and her husband Terrence. Above all, Gerald cherished his family and the time spent with those he loved. He will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever cherished by his family, friends, and all whose lives he touched.
