A federal task force arrested a suspect Friday who was wanted on drug charges in West Virginia. Marshals ServiceCLEVELAND, Ohio - A fugitive wanted on federal drug charges was arrested Friday morning after U.S. marshals found him hiding inside a wall in the attic of a Cleveland home. The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force found Terrell Sparks, 29, during a search of a residence in the 8300 block of Medina Avenue. The marshals’ task force had been searching for Sparks since August when West Virginia investigators believed he traveled to Cleveland. Sparks will remain in local custody until he can be extradited to West Virginia to face the federal charges.
