Judge Anne McDonough on Thursday upheld the teen’s probation sentence after prosecutors objected to it. O’Malley called the case a “poster child” of what’s wrong with Juvenile Court. “In Juvenile Court, we do try to rehabilitate, but at some point, the pendulum needs to swing toward community safety.
