Former attorney Gregory Moore, accused of killing his client during her divorce proceedings, will have 90 days to test DNA found on the victim's watch. David GambinoCLEVELAND, Ohio — A Cuyahoga County judge has granted the request by the suspect accused of killing Aliza Sherman to independently test DNA found on a watch at the crime scene. Kevin Filiatraut, an assistant county prosecutor, initially opposed additional DNA testing. Following Filiatraut’s filing, Common Pleas Judge Kira Krivosh last week granted Moore 90 days to complete the test. The indictment alleges he lured Sherman, 53, to the Stafford Law Co. office, where he worked, to try to incapacitate her and postpone her divorce trial.
