RETIRING Thomasian educators will carry the presence of a “saint next door” wherever they go after leaving the University, one of the University’s top Dominicans said during the Mass preceding a testimonial ceremony for retiring academic staff.

In his opening message, UST Vice Rector Fr.
Isaias Tiongco, O.P., who also led the blessing of the retiring academic staff, described retirement not as an end but as a “beautiful transition.”
Vice Rector for Academic Affairs Cheryl Peralta thanked the retiring educators for their patience and dedication in guiding students toward finding their purpose.
