Rivas's mother reportedly spoke to TMZ, who told the outlet that her daughter had a boyfriend named David. Police have not named a suspect in their investigation so far, and are treating the death as a homicide. On September 9, the same day the body was discovered, d4vd performed in Minneapolis and was filmed tossing Lababus into the crowd.
