Frank Bowman, Sr. and Mary Whitaker Bowman in Hollywood, LA on December 23, 1938. Randolph is survived by 1 son-Carl Bowman (Latanya) (Moreno Valley, CA); 2 daughters-Brenda M. Bowman (Moreno Valley, CA), and LaNiece Bowman (Wesley Chapel, FL); 2 grandsons DeAndre Bowman and Joshua Bowman; great-grandchildren, Wynter and Aiden Bowman; 4 sisters, 4 brothers, 1 nephew raised as a brother, as well as a host of other family members.
