In late July, Caesars Entertainment released its latest CSR report, featuring results from the firm’s 50-plus properties on initiatives connected to issues ranging from employee recognition, safety and well-being to outside-charity efforts, anti-human trafficking training, environmental sustainability and more. “We empower property teams to identify [trafficking] risk, respond appropriately and escalate concerns through clear, trauma-informed protocols,” said the report. Environmental GainsWhen it comes to carbon emissions, Caesars has a goal to reduce its scope 1 and 2 emissions between 2019 and 2030 by 30%. By the end of 2025, Caesars saw a 26% reduction in these emissions, reflecting the company’s proactive environmental approach with its vendors. Other environmental results from Caesars include diverting 42% of all waste generated at its properties, with a 2030 goal of 65% diversion.
