OceanHub Africa – an impact accelerator – focuses on incubating and accelerating emerging blue economy companies from across Africa. They are quite risk-adverse and don't understand the blue economy sector, so they need an organisation like OceanHub Africa to raise awareness about the opportunities in the sector. Also for some of the startups that we work with, angel investments are not the financial instruments that they need.
