Two pillars of Australasian heavy metal combined their unholy powers at Whammy Bar in Tāmaki Makaurau last night, for the the first date of Mortal Sin's debut tour of Aotearoa New Zealand with Bulletbelt. At last on our shores in time to celebrate the 40th anniversary of their classic debut album Mayhemic Destruction, the Aussie thrash legends (still helmed by co-founders Mat Maurer and Andy Eftichiou) and Pōneke metal veterans were captured in full flight by photography ace Bruce Mackay.
