LAWYER, television host, and newspaper columnist Jose Sison died on Thursday, July 23.
His death was confirmed by his son Jopet Sison in a Facebook post.
Sison was best known as the host of the legal drama anthology “Ipaglaban Mo,” which began airing in 1988.
Sison graduated valedictorian of both the UST Grade School and Junior High School before earning an Associate in Arts degree from the University in 1957.
Aside from his media work, Sison ran the law firm Sison and Associates and founded the Ipaglaban Mo Foundation, which offered free legal consultations to viewers and walk-in clients.
