THE UNIVERSITY ranked second among the country’s top-performing schools in the July 2026 interior design licensure examinations, producing three topnotchers and posting a 97.59% passing rate.
UST improved on its 52.94% passing rate (54 of 102) in the July 2025 licensure examinations.
The University of San Carlos, the University of the Philippines Diliman, and the University of the East Caloocan tied as the top-performing schools, each posting a 100% passing rate.
Nationwide, 381 of 432 examinees made the cut for a passing rate of 88.19%, an improvement from 54.59% (226 of 414) in the July 2025 examinations.
The Professional Regulation Commission administered the licensure examinations on July 1, 2, and 3.
