The National Cooperative Development Corporation (NCDC) hosted the six-monthly review meeting of the Nagar Rajbhasha Karyanvayan Samiti (NARAKAS) at LINAC, with representatives from all 46 member offices participating. The meeting was chaired by NCDC Deputy Managing Director Rohit Gupta. The programme was conducted by Yugpal Singh, while the progress report of member offices was presented by Santosh, Deputy Director, NCDC. In his presidential address, Gupta stressed the need for greater and more effective use of Hindi as the official language across government offices. He urged all member organisations to intensify efforts to promote Hindi in day-to-day official work and encouraged offices where its usage remains limited to maximise the conduct of official business in Hindi, in line with the objectives of the Official Language policy.
