Rebecca McMannus, 25, was accused of assaulting PC Robert O'Shea while he was policing the Fownes Hotel protest on City Walls Road in August.

McMannus, of Lowesmoor in Worcester, is the second protester to dodge jail after Keil Mansfield, 38 and of no fixed abode, was given a suspended sentence for the same offence.
