UPDATE: Vancouver police have arrested Kenneth Nolan Kirton, according to an update shared at 2:50 p.m. Thursday. PREVIOUSLY: Vancouver police are searching for a convicted sex offender who did not return to his halfway house on Wednesday. Kenneth Nolan Kirton, 59, is a designated dangerous offender who had been living at a halfway house in Vancouver's Downtown Eastside under a 10-year supervision order after being released.
