Ganderbal, July 23: Bringing laurels to Ganderbal district, young advocate Anurag Verma qualified the prestigious All India Bar Examination (AIBE), a milestone that grants advocates the right to practice law across courts in India. Passing the examination is mandatory for advocates to obtain a Certificate of Practice, enabling them to appear before courts across India. Explaining the significance of the examination, Verma said that after completing a law degree, advocates initially receive a provisional licence from their respective State Bar Council. Our role is to ensure that every individual receives a fair legal defence and that no one's constitutional or legal rights are violated," he said. "Our vision is to educate people about their legal rights and make legal awareness more accessible across Kashmir.
