Enilive, through its subsidiary Enilive Deutschland GmbH, and Prax Limited have signed a binding agreement regarding the acquisition of 100% of OIL! Tankstellen GmbH (“OIL!”), a company operating in the mobility retail business in Germany, Denmark, Austria and Switzerland. Completion of the transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals by the relevant authorities. As a result of this acquisition, Enilive will expand its network with approximately 320 service stations further strengthening its presence in key markets and expanding in the Danish marketing sector. Enilive currently operates approximately 5,300 service stations in Europe and continues to evolve its mobility offer to meet the changing needs of customers on the move.
