It’s time for your Civic Action Calendar, a weekly summary of actions and events hosted by community-based organizations across the Front Range. Leaders will also learn how to facilitate mini community monitor training sessions. Also today, July 23rd, Together Colorado will be hosting the first online meeting in a series called: Democracy Protection training, from 6pm to 8pm. This series will focus on empowering communities with people in the know on how to enact change on a local level. The Civic Action Calendar airs every Thursday on the Morning Magazine, KGNU’s weekday morning show featuring in-depth discussions on local news issues.
