From CITY OF BOWLING GREENIn coordination with the Firefly Nights Festival scheduled for Friday, July 24, from 5:30 – 9:30 p.m., certain street closures and parking restrictions will be in place in downtown Bowling Green. On-street parking will be prohibited on Main Street, from Clay to Washington Streets, on Clay Street between N. Main and Grove Streets, and on East Clough Street beginning at 2 p.m. on Friday, July 24. Main Street, from E. Oak to Washington Streets, will close to traffic at 4 p.m. During the Main Street closure, detour routes for local and truck traffic will be posted.
