About this projectWe are making significant improvements to Hwy 280 from I-94 in St. Paul to Hwy 36/I-35W in Roseville. In 2026, we will resurface Hwy 280 from I-94 to Hwy 36/I-35W, repair bridges, repair and resurface ramps, repair drainage and make additional improvements. Motorists can expect a full closure of Hwy 280 from I-94 to Hwy 36/I-35W in 2026. We are continuing to plan future safety and accessibility improvements along Hwy 280 for construction in a later year.
