PATTAYA, Thailand - Tyson Fury’s manager Spencer Brown has called for the WBA to sanction Fury’s upcoming fight with Anthony Joshua for the organization's 'super' heavyweight title. Both Joshua and Fury have held various versions of the heavyweight title over the years. The now former unified heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk recently decided to vacate all three of his heavyweight titles [WBA 'super', WBC and IBF]. Brown has called for the organization to sanction Fury against Joshua – who are both previous holders of the WBA 'super' title – for the belt. “I want to see the WBA [on the line] against AJ for the super fight,” Brown told BoxingScene.
