A convicted sex offender was arrested Friday morning in Manchester after authorities say he failed to update his address — a felony offense under New York law. Deputies took 28-year-old Bradleigh S. Mussaw into custody at the Manchester Inn on State Route 96, where he had been staying in Room 140. According to investigators, Mussaw had been released from the Ontario County Jail in May after serving a sentence for that prior charge. Mussaw is classified as a Level 3 sex offender, the highest risk category under New York’s sex offender registry system. He was transported back to the Ontario County Jail and is being held pending arraignment.
