Shreveport Police have continued its review of a domestic incident that was reported to have occurred in Bossier City involving an off-duty Officer. Chief Wayne Smith immediately placed Officer Jimmy Evans Jr. on administrative leave pending the outcome of the criminal investigation. Based on evidence gathered during the investigation and subsequent incidents, Officer Evans was arrested by the Shreveport Police Department.
