Several Calgary-based employers have just been recognized among the best workplaces in Canada for company culture, according to Forbes’ 2026 ranking. This marks the second year Forbes has released its Best Employers For Company Culture ranking. Mount Royal University was the next Calgary-based employer on the list, ranking 141st overall. The university also appeared on Forbes’ list of Canada’s Best Employers earlier this year, placing 104th. Enbridge followed in 162nd place on the company culture ranking, quite a big drop from its 19th place finish on Forbes’ Canada’s Best Employers For Company Culture list in 2025.
