Art car parade coming to Lake HarrietThe 32nd Annual ArtCar + ArtBike Parade is happening Saturday, July 25th at Lake Harriet. The cars and bikes will start lining up at 4 p.m. by the rose gardens. The Parade around Lake Harriet begins at 5 p.m. The entrants will park at the rose gardens after the parade for spectators to get a closer look.
