SARAJEVO, July 23 (FENA) - The Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) Secretary General Amer Kapetanović and Ambassador of Germany to Bosnia and Herzegovina Alfred Grannas signed a new German grant supporting the implementation of the RCC Communication Strategy today at the RCC premises in Sarajevo.
