According to the report, the argument began on July 7 but continued past midnight and into the early morning hours. The report also says that Lott had a straight razor and threatened to cut off all her hair with it. The report says that the victim had marks on her neck consistent with being choked. He was charged with aggravated assault, kidnapping, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
